HVAC Trainee
- Mechanically inclined.
- Attention to detail.
- Neat, complete work.
Demonstrate, maintain, and grow knowledge and skills.

Meet physical requirements.
- Work in attics and crawlspaces, on rooftops, and in other HVAC equipment locations.
- Lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and other actions necessary for job performance.
- Vision and dexterity to work safely and at an appropriate pace.
Have required licenses and certifications
- Driver’s license in good standing (if driving is required).
- EPA license (may be earned after hire).
- Earn NATE certification when appropriate.
